NEXT STEPS:

Let Us Make it Simple for You!

  1. Complete Submission Form - To get on the schedule and to begin your E-Design experience, please click HERE to fill out a form and our team will contact you shortly. Our team will provide a brief project screening to ensure we have availability and that our project goals are aligned.

  2. Submit Payment - After your project has been approved, your designer will send you a payment request via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Payment must be received in full before design services begin.

  3. Send us the Scope - After your payment has been received, you will be sent a comprehensive questionnaire regarding your space. You will also be asked to provide several existing interior photos, along with inspirational images of spaces you love.

  4. E-Design Begins! After the required documents have been received, your designer will take roughly 10-12 business days to complete your designs. Please be available along the way to answer questions in a timely manner to avoid project delays. Your designer will provide 3 options to review.

  5. Presentation Day - Once your E-Design presentation is complete, your designer will contact you to schedule a 30-minute Zoom Call presentation. This will give you the opportunity to review selections together and answer any questions you might have. One round of light revisions can be offered upon request to ensure you are happy with your design selections.

  6. Time to Implement Designs! After your E-Design services are complete, your designer will email you a PDF copy of your presentation along with a list of links for purchasing as needed. Your designer will also give you a checklist of next steps to help you implement the designs for your space. Our hope is to give you reasonable direction for the next steps of your project to make it as easy as possible for you. If you decide you will need additional help after your Zoom call beyond the recommended next steps, you may also purchase additional virtual hours for Zoom calls along the way until your project reaches completion. Ask your designer for a quote if you will need this additional service.

  7. Purchase a Design Box - For an additional purchase of $85, you may also purchase a design box that contains the samples your designer has recommended for your space! Note: not all vendors offer samples. If your presentation contains samples that cannot be provided, your designer will let you know. See below for more information on design boxes!

Exterior E-Design Services Available!

 

Bring your E-Design to Life!

 

How it Works:

After your purchase, you will be sent a comprehensive questionnaire to be completed regarding your space. You will be asked to send several inspirational photos of rooms you like and will also be asked to explain the desired outcome you’re hoping to achieve. Measurements will be requested for the room along with existing photos.

After the scope of your project has been fully provided, your Interior Designer will create a 2-D digital presentation that will include two to three design options, depending on the size of your project. Projects under 1,000 S.F. will include 2 options and projects over 1,000 S.F. will include three options. Selections will be for the following per one room (if applicable to your space): flooring, paint and wall finishes, trim color, countertop color, millwork color, cabinet pulls, lighting selections, a space plan recommendation of furniture including dimensions, furniture selections, minor accessories (i.e., pillows and a few small decor items), and a shopping list with links to purchase items you’re interested in. A 30-minute Zoom call will be scheduled with your designer and you will walk through each selection step-by-step. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback. One minor round of revisions can be offered upon request to ensure you are happy with the proposed selections.

What is Included:

Interior and Exterior Projects: Two to three design options, depending on the size of your project, presented digitally in a 2-D format, based on your expressed needs and desires for your space. You will have one scheduled 30-minute presentation Zoom call to review your project selections where you will have the opportunity to ask questions. One light round of revisions will be offered upon request to ensure you are happy with your selections, and your designer will send your revision via email upon completion. You will be provided with a finalized PDF on the completion of your presentation. Your designer will also offer you a complimentary Next Steps checklist for your project as a thank you from HK Commercial Interiors! This will help give you reasonable direction on what to do next after your service is complete. If you decide you will need further assistance beyond your Next Steps checklist, you may purchase additional design hours. Ask your designer if this is needed.

Not Included:

Installation of these designs are not included in this purchase. You will be provided with links to purchase items, along with vendor information to visit showrooms as needed. For local clients, installation services can be provided upon request for additional charges. Physical samples are also not included in this purchase but can be provided upon request for an additional purchase.

*Room size is limited to less than 1,000 S.F. For larger projects, please request a custom quote here. Two options are included in room sizes that are less than 1,000 S.F., and projects over 1,000 S.F. will receive three options.

 

Want to Keep Your Samples?

Order an Interior Design Box!

$85 Per Box**

After your digital presentation is complete, you can purchase an interior design box of what was presented, sent right to your doorstep! This will allow you to see the proposed finish selections in your home with all of your existing colors, finishes, and materials. Instructions on how to use your box will also be included.

Note: Not all vendors provide samples. If a sample cannot be provided, your designer will let you know.

**Shipping is not included. Your box will be customized and prepared just for you. Please allow roughly 4-5 weeks after the completion of your E-Design final presentation before you receive your box. Shipping rates and time frames vary depending on location. U.S. shipments only.

How to Use Your Box:

Bring your box with you on your next shopping adventure! You can shop the look by comparing these samples with showrooms that offer similar colors, textures, and patterns to what is in your box. This will allow you to consider various price ranges that have a similar look, and will also help you have more control over your investment. For example: when you find a chair, sofa, or sectional that fits just right, it typically has a specific range of fabric options to select from. Of course, C.O.M. might be an option, but at a premium investment.

If you are not looking to make a premium investment for your space, find options with a similar color palette and texture, which will achieve a similar feel. You may also request specific vendor information from your designer, but it is helpful to know you can opt for a similar alternative that meets your investment needs.
